The " Survivor Rose" I photographed this rose at the " Chattanooga Choo Choo" in one of their beautiful rose gardens years ago. It was a red rose and I don't remember the name, but it was beautiful and perfect. It only took me 1 year to finish this piece to my standards. It reminded me of my little sister Ann, who died from Cancer and my friends who had beat Cancer. It went from red to pink in color. I used my "Linstouch Technique" on it, which cause a lot of conversation. People would actually stand in front of it and argue over what it was, a photograph or a painting. Little did they know they were both right!
